Citizen Science Over Coffee: When One Scientist Isn't Enough
April is dedicated to citizen science, which connects researchers with the public.
The annual university-wide Open Science Workshop at Masaryk University will present an overview of services, tools, and support available to researchers when working with research data and open science. It will demonstrate how to integrate these possibilities into daily research practice and how to navigate current developments in Open Science at both national and institutional levels.
Participants will become familiar with the current offerings of tools that support the management, sharing, and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) reuse of research data. They will gain practical information on how to implement these services into scientific practice and draw inspiration from specific examples of their use in various types of research institutions.
