Sublibraries are not a part of the Central Library. Their collections are located at addresses listed below. They are subject to the authorities of the Faculty of Science departments. The Central Library provides sublibraries with methodological direction in terms of compliance with librarianship and Library Act No. 257/2001 standards.

Librarians of the sublibraries are trained by the Central Library staff in terms of librarianship standards or cataloging, and are supervised as for quality of their catalogue records.
