Foreword

Taťána Škarková

“Twenty years is not just a number, it is a story. The story of a place that has become a bridge between science and people, between the past and the future. Our library began as a quiet space full of books, and today it is a lively center of knowledge, encounters, and inspiration.
Over the years, we have journeyed together from paper catalogs to the digital world, from shelves full of volumes to databases that open the door to a universe of information. Every student, researcher, and reader in general contributed a chapter.
The library is not just a building, it is a community. A place where ideas are born, where disciplines connect, where science becomes accessible. We would like to thank everyone who has been part of this journey. May the next twenty years be full of discoveries, collaboration, and inspiration. Because we are writing the future together, page by page.”
