ORCID Integration at IS MU
Since October, it has been possible to synchronize data from the IS MU system with the ORCID service. The obligations regarding authors’ personal identifiers are defined by a new directive.
Compliance with binding legislation and ethical standards is a prerequisite for human subjects research. The workshop will focus on the legal and moral aspects of protecting the privacy of research participants, which will then be reflected in the handling and possible future use of sensitive data. Practical examples from biomedical and sociological research will be used to show which aspects should be taken into account already during the conception of a research project and what should ideally be included in the informed consent of research participants about the long-term preservation and possible further use of research data.
This course is held in the Czech language.
